From Complaint to Strength
After years of dealing with various health issues, like digestive problems, skin conditions, hormonal imbalances, chronic fatigue, mental exhaustion and more, I discovered that true health and balance begin from within. When conventional medicine could no longer provide answers, mesology offered me insight and healing. Now, through my own journey, I help others do the same.
As a mesologist, nutrition coach, and IEMT therapist in training, I combine Western and Eastern medicine with effective therapies that support both body and mind. No one-size-fits-all treatments, but personal guidance, physically, emotionally, and mentally.
From my practice in the Netherlands and Ibiza, I support people with unexplained symptoms in regaining control over their health, energy, and well-being, in a way that truly fits them.

Listen to our body
When the body is out of balance, due to, for example, poor nutrition (fuel), lack of movement or rest, or emotional/traumatic experiences, this can lead to discomfort or symptoms.
Symptoms are signals from the body indicating that balance has been disrupted. If these signals are not heard or recognized in time, (chronic) conditions may develop. That’s why it’s so important to learn to understand and connect with our body.
