About me
My name is Cheyenne van Eikeren.
Mesologist, Nutrition Coach, Massage Therapist and
IEMT Practitioner.
Bridge for Balance grew out of my own search for health, balance and purpose. For years I struggled with a wide range of issues: digestive problems, skin conditions, hormonal imbalances, chronic fatigue, mental exhaustion and more.
I kept meeting people around me with the same “vague, unexplained” complaints. I refused to accept the hospital’s message that I should “just learn to live with it,” so I explored other forms of medicine and unexpectedly discovered Mesology.
Learning how the body works from multiple medical perspectives, and how body and mind influence one another, changed everything. I studied, recovered, and made it my mission to help others do the same: take charge of their own health and life.
After years of working as a Mesologist I saw that many complaints have both physical and psychological components. Although Mesology can influence the psyche to some extent, I felt I needed a more efficient therapeutic tool.
That’s when I found IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy). After experiencing a few sessions myself, I was astonished by the rapid, remarkable results, without endless talking or digging into old memories. I released deep-seated beliefs and patterns I hadn’t even been aware of, and the impact moved me to train as an IEMT practitioner.
Today I combine the holistic approach of Mesology with the effectiveness of IEMT, guiding clients on physical, emotional and mental levels alike.
At Bridge for Balance you won’t find one-size-fits-all protocols, but personal guidance that respects your story, your body and your recovery. because true balance starts from within.
